Engageware has expanded Robert Fox’s leadership responsibilities, with the technology executive now serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product.
Fox has already been playing a central role in Engageware’s technology strategy as Chief Technology Officer, including the company’s work around artificial intelligence, customer engagement technology and solutions for regulated industries. Recent Engageware communications have identified him as the company’s CTO, particularly in discussions around deploying AI safely and effectively in banking.
His broader role as CTO and Head of Product brings technology and product leadership under one executive, positioning Fox to oversee both the development of Engageware’s technology infrastructure and the direction of its product portfolio.
Fox is an experienced technology and product executive with a background in building scalable platforms, leading engineering organizations and developing enterprise software.
His LinkedIn profile describes him as a strategic technology and product leader focused on building high-performing teams and scalable technology. He has held senior technology positions throughout his career and has been active in technology leadership for more than two decades.
As part of Engageware’s leadership team, Fox has also been closely involved in the company’s AI strategy. Engageware has highlighted his work around creating AI systems that are auditable, explainable and suitable for regulated sectors such as banking.
Engageware provides AI-powered customer engagement technology designed to help organizations manage and improve interactions across digital and assisted-service channels.
With Fox overseeing both technology and product, the company is placing greater alignment between product development, artificial intelligence and its broader technology roadmap.
The expanded position gives Fox responsibility across two areas that are becoming increasingly interconnected as Engageware develops AI-driven customer engagement solutions and continues investing in technology for financial institutions and other regulated businesses.
