GTCFX has named Charbel Raffoul as its new Chief Executive Officer as the company strengthens its leadership team and advances its international growth strategy.
Raffoul brings close to two decades of experience in financial services, combining expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, financial operations and strategic leadership. As CEO, he will be responsible for shaping the company’s long-term strategy, overseeing operations and supporting its expansion across key international markets.
His professional background includes senior roles at several financial institutions and brokerage firms. Raffoul spent more than eight years at Equiti, where his responsibilities included compliance and financial crime oversight, and previously worked with ADS Securities, Alpari ME and Swissquote.
GTCFX said the appointment is expected to support the company’s next phase of development, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance standards, driving innovation and expanding relationships with clients and strategic partners.
