Appointments reinforce company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global best practices
Cairo, Egypt – Vodafone Egypt today announced the appointment of two senior executives to its leadership team, as part of the company’s strategy to enhance innovation, drive digital transformation, and support sustainable growth.
Ayman El-Saadany has been named Head of External Affairs at Vodafone Egypt. In his new role, El-Saadany will oversee government relations, public policy, external communications, and sustainability initiatives, with a strong mandate to accelerate digital transformation and foster innovation across the organization.
Rasha Hamdy has been appointed Head of Legal Affairs. She will lead the company’s legal strategy, including contract management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. Hamdy will also play a pivotal role in promoting Vodafone’s institutional culture in alignment with international best practices.

Both executives will join Vodafone Egypt’s Executive Committee and report directly to the CEO.
