In her expanded role, Raichura will lead Trading Technologies’ global product organization, with responsibility for shaping and executing the firm’s end-to-end product vision. Her mandate includes strengthening product discipline, accelerating platform innovation, and enhancing go-to-market delivery across Trading Technologies’ solutions. She will report to Jason Shaffer, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Product Officer, and will relocate from Singapore to the company’s Chicago headquarters.
Raichura brings more than 25 years of experience spanning technology, capital markets, and financial services. Since joining Trading Technologies in 2025 as Managing Director, Core Platform Product Management, she has played a central role in driving the evolution of the firm’s core platform, helping align product development with client needs and long-term strategic priorities. Her leadership has been instrumental in reinforcing a scalable, resilient product foundation as the company continues to expand its global footprint.
Prior to Trading Technologies, Raichura held senior leadership positions at several leading global institutions, including J.P. Morgan, ION Fidessa, Exane BNP Paribas, and interop.io. Across these roles, she built a strong track record in product management, platform modernization, and the delivery of complex, mission-critical systems for global markets participants. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Raichura serves as a Non-Executive Director at Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC, contributing her expertise in technology strategy, governance, and product innovation at board level.
With Raichura stepping into the Chief Product Officer role, Trading Technologies aims to further enhance its platform capabilities, improve speed and quality of execution, and deliver differentiated products that support the evolving needs of trading firms worldwide.
