Axcera has partnered with Plaee in a move aimed at helping proprietary trading firms and brokers introduce prediction market trading through their existing technology infrastructure.
The partnership brings Plaee’s SimTrader solution into Axcera’s ecosystem, giving firms the ability to offer simulated prediction markets alongside more traditional trading products without having to build a separate exchange or platform from scratch.
Through the integration, users can take positions on YES/NO outcomes linked to a range of financial markets and events, including forex, equities, cryptocurrencies, interest rates and commodities.
Because the trading experience is based on simulated capital, the product can be incorporated into prop firm evaluations, challenges and trader assessment programs. This allows firms to experiment with prediction-market products while continuing to use Axcera’s existing systems for trader management, risk controls, payouts and operational workflows.
Axcera said the integration is designed to shorten the time required for firms to launch branded prediction market offerings, while Plaee provides the underlying infrastructure needed to support the trading experience.
The collaboration reflects a broader trend across the prop trading and fintech sectors, where technology providers are increasingly looking to diversify the products available to traders and create more flexible engagement models.
Axcera Co-Founder Herman Shaho said the partnership gives firms another way to differentiate their offerings, while Plaee Co-Founder and CEO Leon Okun highlighted the opportunity to combine prediction market infrastructure with established prop trading technology.
The companies expect the integration to help prop firms broaden their product mix and respond to growing interest in event-driven and prediction-based trading formats.
