HSBC Kuwait and Tap Payments Launch New Merchant Acquiring Solution for Businesses

XTB will officially enter the STOXX Europe 600 on September 21, giving the company a place in one of Europe’s most widely followed equity benchmarks and increasing its visibility among international investors.

The move represents an important development for XTB as a listed financial services company, placing it within an index that tracks 600 major companies across the European market.

Its inclusion may also increase access to XTB shares through exchange-traded funds, institutional portfolios and diversified funds that use the STOXX Europe 600 as a benchmark.

Inclusion in One of Europe’s Key Equity Indices

The STOXX Europe 600 is designed to provide broad exposure to European equities, covering large-, mid- and small-cap companies.

The index includes businesses from 11 industries across 17 countries, spanning both eurozone and non-eurozone markets, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Nordic region.

Its constituents represent roughly 90% of Europe’s investable market capitalisation, making it one of the most comprehensive benchmarks for tracking the region’s listed companies.

Potential Increase in Institutional Exposure

For XTB, joining the index could support greater visibility among global asset managers and institutional investors.

The STOXX Europe 600 is widely used as a reference point for European equity strategies, meaning companies included in the benchmark can gain additional exposure through passive funds, ETFs and investment products linked to the index.

This could place XTB in front of a broader pool of international investors seeking diversified access to European markets.

A New Milestone for XTB

The inclusion strengthens XTB’s position within Europe’s capital markets and reflects its growing profile as a publicly traded financial services company.

Beyond the technical index adjustment, the move could improve the company’s recognition among investors who follow major European benchmarks.

XTB is scheduled to officially become part of the STOXX Europe 600 on September 21, marking another milestone in the company’s development and public-market presence.
